BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Registration is strictly subject to availability at the time of booking.

CANCELLATIONS

Provided that written notice is received no later than 60 days prior to the event, you will receive a full refund less an administration charge of £30. Cancellations received less than 60 days prior will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. All cancellations must be made by email to bostaa@idslondon.co.uk.

SUBSTITUTIONS

Substitute delegates can be confirmed at any stage in writing.
